Tillerson: Trump didn't 'castrate' me, I'm 'fully intact'

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson says he's "fully intact" despite Tennessee Sen. Bob Corker's comments suggesting President Donald Trump's tweets and foreign policy comments "castrate" the secretary's diplomatic efforts.
